The Tenth Report is a very well illustrated volume in which the various authors provide detailed reports on the geology of each county in California as well as special reports on the various mining districts with a focus on the gold mining and the methods used for mining. The report provides an excellent overview on the geology and mining industry in California at the end of 1890.
