The three works are complete and in the original title wraps. Light wear to cover edges, owner’s red reference tape at base of spine on Ross work. Small, neat penned notations at page margin on three pages in locality description. The text and plates in all three works are very clean. In very good condition.
In the first two works, Ulrich (1857-1944) and Resser (1889-1943) provide a comprehensive revision and description of the known genera and species of Cambrian trilobites from the Upper Mississippi Valley in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.
In the third work, Ross describes the extent of the Garden City Fm. and its lithology. He follows with detailed stratigraphic sections and collecting localities, and faunal summaries on trilobites. The majority of the work is then devoted to a systematic description of the known genera and species of trilobites.
