The work is complete and in the original purple cloth stiff covers with a gilt title and vignette on the cover and gilt titles on the spine. The binding is tight, spine is sun faded. Owners book plate (A. M. Campbell) on front pastedown, end sheets lightly chipped at outer edge, text is lightly toned. Over all in very good condition.
The author provides an excellent overview of Arizona’s history and details on the state at an important time in its early history as the mining industry was greatly expanding.
