This volume contains papers presented at the 7th Field Conference of the International Subcommission on Cambrian Stratigraphy (ISCS). The volume provides an excellent introduction to the Cambrian stratigraphy of South China. The volume is in three parts. The first part contains five articles introducing the readers to Cambrian stratigraphy and paleontology in South China. The second part contains eleven field excursion guides to key Cambrian sections in northwestern Hunan Province and eastern Guizhou Province as well as a excursion guide to eastern Yunnan Province.
