This rare report is complete and in an archival sleeve. Very minor foxing to title. In very good condition.

Only 500 copies of this work were printed. The report contains a detailed breakout of the cost of bringing water from the Schuylkill River, to a reservoir, and distributing the water via tunnels and pipes throughout the city to businesses, residences and hydrants.
