The binding is tight and clean, text and plates are clean, lib. stamp on cover of #1 with tape repairs to outer cover margin on the same study. 1. Holland, William J. & Peterson, O. A.; The Osteology of the Chalicotheroidea with Special Reference to a Mounted Skeleton of Moropus Eatus Marsh, now installed in the Carnegie Museum. Memoirs Carnegie Museum, Vol. 3 #2, 1913. pp. 220, 115 text figures, 24 plates.?The fossil material on which the above study is based was discovered in 1904 by Olaf Peterson in the Tertiary beds along the Upper Niobrara River in western Nebraska. Excavations of these rich fossil deposits were to span four field seasons.
2. Peterson, O. A.; A Revision of the Entelodontidae. Memoir Carnegie Museum, Vol. 4, #3, 1909. pp. 120, 9 plates.?Peterson provides a systematic review of the genera and species of the family Entelodontidae and follows this with a detailed description of the type specimen of Dinohyus hollandi from the Agate Spring Fossil Quarries in Nebraska.
3. Peterson, Olaf A.; The Brown's Park Formation. Memoir Carnegie Museum, Vol. 11, #2, 1928. pp. 44, 24 text figures, 7 plates.
Peterson provides a detailed description of the geology and the rich mammal fauna deposits of the Brown's Park Formation of northwestern Colorado and adjacent parts of Utah.
4. Peterson, Olaf A.; Osteology of Phenacocoelus Typus Peterson. Memoir Carnegie Museum, Vol. 11, #3, 1928. pp. 42, 5 plates.
Peterson describes the Oreodont specimen from the Princeton collection and compares it with those collected from the Monroe Creek Beds, Sioux County, Nebraska and placed in the Carnegie Museum collection.
5. Hatcher, John B.; Oligocene Canidae. Carnegie Museum Memoir, Vol. 1 #2,1902. pp. 44, 7 text figures, 7 plates.
Hatcher's study is based on a nearly complete skeleton and two partial skeletons of an extinct dog discovered in the Oligocene deposits of Hat Creek Basin, Nebraska. Hatcher describes the osteological and dental characteristics in detail.
6. Peterson, Olaf A.; New Suilline Remains from the Miocene of Nebraska. Memoir Carnegie Museum, Vol. 2, #8, 1904. pp. 16, 2 plates.
